Dr. Cody M. Tingle, MD

Dr. Cody M. Tingle is a board-certified internal medicine physician with over 14 years of clinical experience. He completed his medical education at St. George’s University School of Medicine and his Internal Medicine residency at LSU Health Shreveport.

He earned his undergraduate degree in Cell and Molecular Biology from Louisiana State University Shreveport.

He was trained in and practiced traditional internal medicine, caring for adult patients across hospital-based and outpatient settings earlier in his career. This background shaped a careful, thorough approach to evaluating and managing adult medical conditions.

Dr. Tingle maintains strong professional relationships with local physicians and specialists across multiple healthcare systems, supporting coordinated care and timely referrals when specialty services are needed.

As the founder of Magnolia Medical, Dr. Tingle is actively involved in the daily practice, providing direct patient care, reviewing clinical information, and overseeing medical decision-making to ensure care remains consistent, thoughtful, and patient-focused. Visits are unhurried, communication is clear, and care decisions are made with the individual patient in mind.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Tingle enjoys hunting, aviation, skiing, and spending time outdoors, including hiking, kayaking, white-water rafting, and riding atvs, as well as spending time with his kids and family. He is a lifelong LSU athletics fan — Geaux Tigers!

Misty Tingle, RN

Misty has been a registered nurse for over 24 years, with a clinical foundation in critical care nursing. This background shapes a calm, steady approach to patient care, particularly for individuals with complex medical needs.

Having owned and operated a healthcare staffing agency for several years, Misty brings practical insight into healthcare operations, compliance, and organizational management, supporting a stable and well-run practice.

With a background as a certified teacher, Misty brings a natural ability to explain medical information clearly, answer questions thoughtfully, and help patients feel informed and comfortable with their care decisions.

At Magnolia Medical, Misty ensures the delivery of both direct nursing care and practice operations. She provides nursing care including medication administration, injections, and treatments as ordered by Dr. Tingle, while overseeing patient coordination, clinical workflows, and day-to-day office operations.

Outside of the clinic, Misty enjoys spending time with family, children, and friends. She loves traveling and being outdoors, especially hiking, kayaking, and seeking out new adventures. She also enjoys reading, gardening, and diy projects.
